Auction Policies



Bills can be paid using cash, check or credit card (4% fee associated with card no ATM on site)day of sale.

Items must be picked up within 24 hours after the auction ending, unless other arrangements are made. Large item purchases can be picked up next day or at arranged pick up date.

Bidding on an item is a binding contract where the bidder agrees to purchase the item for sale. Please be aware of what item is for sale before bidding. All items are sold "as is". Buyer is responsible for item after it is sold.

All public entrances are located on the sides of the center and back building. No front entry. Also, if this is your first time to an auction, one of our staff members can explain how to bid and answer any other questions you may have at the registration desk. Registration desk, snackbar and restrooms are located in the front of the facility.

FFL dealer to handle all gun transactions.

sports/nascar soda bottles, entertainment centers, large brown furniture , particle board furniture, broke/chipped items, not working items, clear dishware, china dishes, glassware or crystal, stemware, coffee mugs, everyday dishes, used appliances, exercise equipment, office equipment, mirrors, pillows, generic pictures, NO yard sale leftovers, no price tags, tired-worn out-dirty-chipped-cracked items. homemade VHS or CD tapes, No remainder of clean out jobs.
